As Executive Chef of Galatoire’s Bistro, Kelley McCann will manage one of Baton Rouge’s newest kitchens, overseeing a staff of more than 30 and preparing the award-winning restaurant’s signature dishes.

McCann was part of the original staff at Galatoire’s Bistro. He began his career there as a back waiter and worked his way to sous chef, a position he held for three years.
