|A quarterly event on a Wednesday evening with four small plates by The Castle’s Head Chef Brad Seyfarth and five paired unique cocktails developed by The Castle’s Cocktail Consultant Mark Brockway. Mark explains why the cocktails enhance, complement or contrast with the flavors of the food and describes the process of making infused syrups, balanced drinks, etc. A ticketed event at $40 per person, inclusive.
