unleith Historic Inn owns and operates three separate
properties in Natchez:

1. Dunleith - The Inn located at 84 Homochitto Street at the edge of the historic district on 40 acres features 21 guest rooms. Dunleith is also the main location site for all weddings, large receptions, corporate retreats and special events. Check - In and Check - Out for all properties is at the main Front Desk, located in the original Poultry House. The Poultry House is the first building on your left as you enter the main property. Open 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, offers general information, coffee, soft drinks, wine, beer and houses The Dunleith Gift Shop.

2. The Castle Restaurant & Pub - located at 84 Homochitto Street in an original 1790's carriage house and stables is the setting for the perfect dining experience. The Castle offers excellent regional favorites and the largest wine selection in the area. Breakfast Buffet is offered 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Lunch is served Monday through Friday featuring fabulous daily specials and "heart happy" favorites. Dinner is offered 6 days a week (Closed Sunday - available for private bookings). The Pub opens at 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday (Closed Sunday) and has an excellent selection of fine wines, liquors, and cigars. A special Pub menu is perfect for an afternoon appetizer. Poolside seating is available.

3. Bowie's Tavern and Inn - 100 Main Street overlooking the Mississippi River in the heart of the historic district. An original cotton warehouse, Bowie's Tavern is home to a unique, beautiful mahogany bar (1880) that was once referred to as "the largest bar West of the Mississippi" and was signed by Kit Carson. Our tavern boasts the largest selection of domestic and imported beers around. Offers live music on weekends.    Bowie's offers 5 guest rooms, a corporate board room, and a banquet facility perfect for rehearsal dinners and private meetings. Four of the rooms are luxurious suites offering oversize Jacuzzi tubs, separate tile showers, and a magnificent view of the Mississippi River.

   Also, located at 100 Main is Bowie Outfitters, which offers an incredible selection of outdoor apparel and sports gear. Specializing in firearms and archery equipment, Bowie Outfitters carries Orvis, Browning, Mossy Oak, and Drake apparel. Possible event location sites:

1. Dunleith Main House and Courtyard - available for private dinners, tours, weddings, receptions and special events. Minimum number to host an event is 20 / maximum capacity is 500 guests. A tent is required for numbers over 175 for inclement weather conditions.

   The Main House double parlors make an impressive boardroom, meeting facility or unique setting for rehearsal dinners for up to 75. Minimum number for the main house rental is 20 or more. The double parlors are a perfect for setting private luncheons.

2. The Castle Restaurant and Pub - Seats 80 in the upstairs main dining area and 20 in each side "turret room". The Turret Rooms are perfect for private dinners or meetings up to 18 to 20 guests. If doing a presentation, the room is better for up to 15. The entire restaurant is available for private parties.

   The Pub can be utilized during the day for private meetings or as a gathering location.

3. Bowies Barrel Room - located downstairs at Bowie's Tavern is perfect for birthday parties, private meetings or parties, rehearsal dinners for up to 50 people or cocktail parties for up to 75 to 100.

4. Bowies Upstairs Conference Room - the ultimate board meeting facility for up to 30 participants with a spectacular view of the mighty Mississippi River, downtown Natchez and the Vidalia, Louisiana's riverfront. Offering balcony access, the upstairs room is an intimate setting for cocktail parties and dinners for up to 50 guests.
