Room rates are based on double occupancy - additional
person fee is $35.00. 10% tax must be applied to all room rates. Rooming list is
due 7 days prior to arrival date.
A full Southern breakfast buffet and tour of the home are included in the
room rate. Coffee is served at 7:00 am in the office. Breakfast is served each
morning between 7:30 am & 10:00 am. All rooms offer a private bath featuring
wonderful amenities such as bathrobes and hairdryers. Main house and River
View Rooms have their own coffee pot.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Reservations are suggested. Walk-ins accepted
when rooms are available. Check-in's will be taken no later than 10:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Dunleith does not accept children under the age of 14. No Pets. All rooms
are non-smoking.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and traveler's
checks accepted. Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance, or the deposit
is not refundable.
